Group Consultation Series

for SEPs and Advanced SE students

Enjoy the camaraderie, wisdom, guidance and encouragement of ongoing immersion in Somatic Experiencing.

Trauma work is hard … and it can get lonely out there.

You go along for years immersed in regular trainings with other like-minded professionals learning a new modality… then… you’re just out there doing it. Or feeling frustrated that you’re not applying what you learned as much as you’d like to. Or wondering, what else could I do with SE? Come to case consultations!

You don’t need to do this alone.

In addition to offering guidance based in years of experience, Amy facilitates a warm-hearted space, respectful of professionals who value nervous system regulation. You’re welcome to bring:

  • Any questions about how to apply SE principles

  • Questions about how to change your work or business model to include more SE

  • Requests for help with a client or group you’re facilitating

  • Review of any of the material from any of the modules

Just bring yourself. No pressure to perform or get it right. Just the sheer joy of experiencing, learning, and curiosity. You don’t have to take yet another training to get back in the SE field. Work with what you’ve got, deepen into what you know, apply it where you are. Come. Get refreshed.

Group Consultation Series for SEPs and Advanced SE students

6-month group (12 one-hour Group Case Consultations)
Every other Thursday @ 1pm EASTERN
January 9 - June 12, 2025

Fee: $500 EARLYBIRD $450 through Dec 19

  • Please plan to attend sessions live (If you need to miss one session, with advanced notice, I can provide an audio recording)

  • This will be a SMALL GROUP limited to 6-8 participants, please sign up early if you’re interested.

  • If this fee is a hardship that takes money away from basic needs, or if having a BIPOC or LGBTQ+ scholarship rate would make it do-able for you, please reach out to me directly and let me know your circumstances. I’m able to offer a few spaces as sliding scale.

  • Be sure to sign up with the Email where you want to receive your Zoom reminders!

  • Advanced students who attend all meetings receive 2 credit hours of Advanced Group Consultation towards your SEP requirements.*

* You’ll need to attend all 12 sessions for 4 credit hours of group consultation (SE math, 3 hrs group consultation = 1 hour credit). If you need to miss one session, with advanced notice, I can provide a recording so you can still get credit.

** Cancellation policy: one-week notice of the need for cancellation to avoid full payment, minus a $40 admin fee. No refunds with less than one-week notice.

About Amy:
My background spans mental/emotional health, spiritual practice, and body-work, and I enjoy helping SE students creatively and effectively integrate SE into their work!

You’ll benefit from my immersion in Somatic Experiencing trainings, where I’ve served as a teaching assistant with Nancy Napier, Dave Berger, Raja Selvam, Lael Keen, Abi Blakeslee, Ariel Giarretto, Linda Stelte and Berns Galloway.
