What does a session look like? I help you get started exploring your way through relaxation and visualization. Depending on your interests and issues, your healing path may include developing a creative process, practicing specific qigong exercises, expressing through shape, line, color, word play, sound, movement, and processing through conversation. Your healing path includes only the modalities that resonate with you.
