Who’s On Your Team?

The welcome chill of autumn mornings and evenings after the relentlessness of summer heat evokes memories that I don't think about at other times of the year. For me, September is cross country season, so I found myself reflecting on my running days and what it feels like to be on a team.

To be with others in an effort of doing something together. Knowing you have each other's back, and with that, a meaningful connection.

I'd love to hear how this resonates with you.

Please feel welcome to comment and share who is on your Lifetime Team and how you connect with them ... or what steps you'll be taking in the coming weeks to make sure to have regular, nourishing connection with your Lifetime Team.
