What To Do When You Feel Stale

Remember what you used to do when you were a kid if you were bored or restless? (or what your parent would tell you to do?)

I'm guessing some of the time it was "turn on the TV" and hopefully most of the time it was "Go outside and play!"

Really, not much changes as we get older. We have bigger bodies, more sophisticated understanding of the world, and different gadgets that take the place of TV.

So, I have an important reminder for you today if you've been feeling stale, stagnant or stuck.

There's a ridiculously simple and profoundly effective practice that's guaranteed to rejuvenate your system.

Watch this video to get a taste of it, then promise you'll go do it!

2-minute watch, then promise you'll go do it

The only thing that's hard about this is taking that initial step. From there, you just let the world teach you how to be awake and remind your heart how it feels to be alive.

When you give this practice a try, once, or as often as you can throughout your day, I would love to hear what happens for you.
